Open letter to G8 Agri Ministers’ Meeting in Treviso
The Italian Province of Treviso will be hosting this week the first G8 Agriculture Ministers' Meeting in the history. Ministers will discuss concrete proposals for strengthening world food security.
The Czech State Secretary for Agriculture, Mr. Ivo Hlaváč will participate to the event, in his capacity of EU Council duty president. Glopolis and ActionAid have addressed an open letter to Mr. Hlaváč calling for stronger will and political mobilization against increasing hunger in the world.
